30 ml olive oil
1 jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cans black beans, drained
2 tbsps fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
salt to taste
- Sauté onion, jalapeno and garlic in olive oil over a medium heat until onion softens.
- Add beans, seasonings and tabasco sauce.
- Reduce heat to lowest setting, stir before covering with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
